GENERAL MANAGER - MEP PROJECTS

Job Description – GM MEP Project:

· Lead and manage the MEP project division in line with organizational goals and growth strategies

· Develop business plans, budgets, and performance targets for MEP projects

· Manage MEP scope from design review through construction, commissioning, and handover.

· Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements

· Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors on site

· Monitor installation quality, progress, and safety compliance

· Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple MEP projects simultaneously.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

· Monitor project performance, risks, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Review and approve major MEP design concepts, methodologies, and value engineering proposals.

· Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

· Act as the primary escalation point for major clients and consultants.

· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

· Represent the organization in executive meetings and industry forums.

· Review and approve major contracts, variations, and claims.

· Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and statutory regulations.

· Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Oversee audits, authority approvals, and regulatory compliance.

· Support business development, tendering, and pre-contract activities.

· Support project handover to client and facilities management teams

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· B.E / Diploma in Electrical &Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum 15 Years of Experience in related field.

· Electrical Design and Drafting.

· MEP Coordination.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and BMS systems.

· Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

· Strong understanding of international and local MEP codes and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
