Read This First
I'm the COO of My Fit Foods, and I'm writing this myself. I want the right person to read it in my words, not a recruiter's.
I've spent years building an operating model that works. It's proven, it's profitable, and it's ready to scale. What I need now is someone who can take a plan that already works and execute it with discipline, and over time lead other leaders who do the same.
My goal is to build the best meal prep company in the country, and that takes the best people. If you want to be part of a winning team surrounded by A+ individuals who hold the same standard you do, keep reading.
The Opportunity
I'm hiring one person to take over a large portion of operations as we scale and my responsibilities grow. Over the next 6 to 12 months I'll mentor and develop you, and after that you'll be running pieces of the business that today sit on my plate.
Here's the trajectory: you start by running a store at the level we expect, then move into a Multi-Unit Operator role running roughly five stores, and ultimately, for the person with the capacity to scale, into a Head of Retail role. This is a leadership track, not a holding pattern, and the upside is built like ownership, not a bonus. The full breakdown is below.
What sets this apart is the access. I'll coach you myself, in the store I run out of every day. You'll learn how to build and establish culture, hold a high standard of accountability, architect and roll out directives, develop leaders, run meetings that drive action, turn high-level strategic P&L analysis into actionable growth plans, and make the hard calls. You'll get exposure to multi-departmental leadership strategies and the organizational systems that hold it all together. You'll be in the room for all of it.
What I'm Looking For
Someone who already leads. Not someone learning leadership for the first time, but someone who has carried responsibility for people and results. I'll teach you the My Fit Foods model and mentor you on the role. What I can't teach is who you already are. You bring the leadership, and I'll build the operator on top of it.
The single most important thing you bring is that you can coach. You understand human behavior and psychology, you can break down why a person performs the way they do, and you genuinely love helping people develop and thrive. That's the multiplier. Everything else, the systems and the numbers, I can teach you. The ability to develop people has to already be in you.
I need someone who is:
The Training Path
My philosophy: you learn to be an individual performer first. Becoming excellent in the seat yourself is what gives you the nuanced understanding required to coach your team to do the same. You cannot coach what you have not done.
I'll be direct about the depth. The understanding I'm asking you to build in each role is immense, and that's intentional. It's what produces the outcomes we hold ourselves to, and it separates an operator who can develop a team from one who just manages a schedule. The timeline below is a general guide that compresses with the experience you bring, and you're paid your full base from day one, not a training wage.
The path runs in deliberate phases:
By the end, you'll know what great looks like in every role, because you've done the work yourself.
About My Fit Foods
My Fit Foods is a performance-driven brand built to change lives. Our primary goal is simple: get our customers real results and an incredible customer service experience every time. We prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and effective, because when you take care of your health, everything else gets better.
In eight years we've built one of the most operationally sound businesses in the better-for-you food space, with every system and storefront engineered to scale. We're not a startup figuring it out. We're an established business about to step onto a much bigger stage.
The infrastructure is built. The model works. The next chapter is national. That's where you come in.
A Little About Me
I follow a disciplined training routine and I'm highly competitive, currently training to compete in HYROX. I care about longevity and wellness, from the way I train to cold plunging and sauna, and I live the lifestyle this brand is built on, so I never ask my team to stand for something I don't stand for myself. I value family above everything, and I lead by example in business, family, and fitness. I expect a lot of myself, and I'll expect a lot of you.
