As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind:

• Crafting a standout guest experience that turns first time visitors into lifelong fans.

About you

You are a commercially savvy hotel leader who loves shaking up “how it’s always been done” and creating something memorable.

You will bring:

• Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Hotel Manager/Cluster GM stepping up) in upscale lifestyle or boutique hotels.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai/Middle East hospitality market, including owner relations and local regulations.
• A track record of delivering strong GOP and revenue growth while protecting guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Inspirational people leadership – you coach, empower and hold your team to high standards.
• Comfort with systems, data and digital tools to make smart, fast decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence representing the hotel externally.
