About the Role:

Sarovar Hotels is seeking a operationally driven and dynamic General Manager to lead Sarovar Portico Birgunj, Nepal . This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong foundation in Food & Beverage , who can seamlessly manage hotel operations with excellence to drive revenue, market share, higher operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations of the hotel, focusing on guest satisfaction, excellent food & beverage service delivery, and operational optimization.
• Lead the hotel, focusing on revenue generation, market penetration, and channel optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporates, and local business communities.
• Oversee hotel operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, train and develop strong operational team especially food & beverage teams.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Ensure brand compliance and uphold service standards in all departments.
• Liaison with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on Hotel Operations Management .
• Proven track record of driving top-line F&B operations and leading high-performing operation teams.
• Strong operational understanding with the ability to balance commercial and service priorities.
• Good knowledge of the Nepal's hospitality market and surrounding regions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reputed hospitality brands and familiarity with international standards.
