General Manager – Construction (Oil & Gas) to lead and oversee mega EPC construction projects. The ideal person will have extensive experience in managing large-scale Oil & Gas projects, including multi-billion USD project execution, with strong expertise in construction, operations, procurement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of large and mega Oil & Gas construction projects
- Manage overall project operations ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Oversee construction activities across multiple sites and disciplines
- Drive business development, including identification and acquisition of new projects
- Manage procurement strategy, vendor development, and high-value contract negotiations
- Provide strategic leadership to engineering, construction, project controls, and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project financial performance, cost control, and profitability
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Implement risk management and corrective action strategies for project execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
- At least 10 years in senior managerial / leadership positions
- Proven experience managing mega projects valued at USD 1 billion+ projects
- Strong background in construction execution and site management
- Experience in business development, operations management, and procurement within EPC/Oil & Gas sector
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Pay: From AED50,000.00 per month
