GM – Operations & Administration | Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end leadership for Operations, Administration, Finance, HR, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and Business Deployment across all ACS locations
- Translate MD & CEO directives into execution excellence, ensuring service quality, profitability, governance, and scalable growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites and regions, ensuring SLA adherence and SOP compliance
- Define, monitor, and review KRAs for Operations, Administration, and support teams
- Conduct random site visits, surprise audits, quality checks, and employee interactions
- Monitor site-wise attendance and validate inputs for payroll processing and billing accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct periodic client calls and meetings
- Handle client escalations promptly and support client retention and renewals
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and drive site-wise profitability
- Review P&L performance, ensure revenue assurance, and protect margins
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, invoicing, MIS, audits, and financial closures
- Ensure timely MIS, budgeting, financial reporting, and strong internal controls
- Monitor cash flow, financial discipline, and statutory financial compliance
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, PMS, L&D, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Drive employee engagement, performance culture, communication, and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory regulations, PASARA, and corporate governance norms
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and ensure corrective action closure
- Maintain transparent documentation, records, and reporting systems
- Oversee IT infrastructure, data security, ERP, HRMS, and Asset Management Systems
- Promote automation, digital adoption, and technology-driven efficiency
- Lead procurement planning, vendor negotiations, contract governance, and inventory control
- Ensure cost optimization and timely availability of materials and services
- Oversee corporate office administration, facilities, documentation, and internal governance
- Establish new business verticals and support PASARA licensing
- Drive geographic expansion by setting up offices and operations in new cities
- Enroll and manage relationships with International Property Consultants (CBRE, JLL, CMW, etc.)
- Support business development and lead conversion through operational readiness
- Ensure smooth mobilization, deployment, and stabilization of new sites
- Align field execution with corporate strategy and timelines
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate Operations, Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement teams
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and internal communication
- Take operational decisions within Board-approved budgets, policies, and DOA
- Approve vendors and operational expenses as per delegated authority
- Escalate material risks, compliance gaps, and financial deviations to MD & CEO / Board
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company, client, and employee information
- Act ethically and in the best interest of ACS at all times
- Performance to be reviewed periodically against Board-approved KRAs
- Role responsibilities subject to amendment as per business needs without altering role intent or seniority
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
