General Manager / Operations & Creative Director
Job Type: Full-Time | Salary Location: On-Site
About the Role
We are looking for a driven, detail-obsessed operational and creative leader to run the day-to-day operations of our business. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position, it's a calling for someone who treats a business like it's their own, takes pride in excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
What You'll Own
- Full operational oversight, keeping systems, people, and processes running at peak efficiency - WHO LIKES TO TAKE CONTROL.
- Team leadership, scheduling, performance management, and culture-setting
- Social media strategy, content creation, graphic design, video production, and local trend awareness
- Marketing campaigns and brand consistency across all platforms
- Customer experience from floor culture to complaint resolution
- Sales growth initiatives and revenue-driving strategies
- Executive decision-making with consistent communication and updates to ownership
- Enforcing standards, workflows, and non-negotiables across the team
Management
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team with consistency, fairness, and high expectations
- Conduct regular employee reviews and deliver honest, constructive feedback
- Own the full hiring and onboarding process identifying the right people and setting them up for success
- Handle terminations professionally, legally, and without hesitation when necessary
- Evaluate team performance and make recommendations for raises, bonuses, and advancement opportunities
- Identify growth paths and new opportunities for high-performing employees, invest in your people
- Recognize staffing gaps before they become problems and consult ownership on new hire needs
- Constantly scan for ways to grow the business, new services, offerings, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Know when to pivot, read the room, read the market, and bring solutions before problems compound
- Treat declining numbers as a red flag, not a footnote, investigate, escalate, and course-correct immediately
- Operate with the mindset and accountability of a true executive, not just a supervisor
You Are
- A natural systems thinker. You notice when things are off and you fix them without being asked. Processes, checklists, and structure aren't annoying to you, they're how you operate.
- Thick-skinned and steady. Difficult customers, high-pressure days, and team conflict don't rattle you. You de-escalate, resolve, and move forward.
- A people person with high standards. You genuinely love connecting with customers and building teams, but you hold the bar high and expect follow-through.
- Creatively talented. You're fluent in Photoshop, video editing, social media platforms, and design. You know what's trending locally before everyone else does.
- Financially motivated and serious about your career. You're looking for a role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and your professional growth.
- Loyal to the mission. You represent the business, the team, and the customers in every decision you make.
You Have
- Proven experience managing a successful business, team, or operation
- A strong portfolio in social media, content creation, graphic design, and/or video
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales and build customer loyalty
- Excellent communication skills- up, down, and sideways
- A track record of leading teams without micromanaging or demoralizing people
- The ability to make executive-level decisions and own the outcomes
You Are NOT the Right Fit If You
- Need constant direction or hand-holding
- Take things personally or bring emotional volatility to the workplace
- Treat this like "just a job"
- Struggle to hold people accountable with professionalism and respect
- Are easily overwhelmed by demanding customers or high-volume environments
- Cannot solve problems or figure things out for yourself
- Need constant communication from your superiors
Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonuses tied to sales and operational metrics
