- Manage project finances: Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasting to ensure the profitability of all civil construction projects. This includes resolving cost differences and managing resource allocation effectively.
- Control risk: Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent project delays, cost overruns, and other potential issues.
- Oversee bids and contracts: Manage the tendering process, negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Project execution and operations
- Project oversight: Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate with all parties to ensure a smooth project flow.
