About the Opportunity

We are exclusively and confidentially seeking a visionary, highly organized, and growth-minded General Manager / President to lead a premier, rapidly expanding multi-regional commercial business services organization.

With a dedicated workforce of approximately 250 personnel, our company delivers high-quality on-site operations across multiple territories using a route-based service model. This role is ideal for a high-level commercial business services executive who thrives on combining big-picture, long-term scaling and growth vision with operational excellence, revenue expansion, and tight infrastructure management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the chief visionary for the business, driving regional expansion, commercial market growth, and overall P&L health.
  • Workforce & Operations Oversight: Lead, inspire, and structuralize a large-scale decentralized workforce (~250 employees) consisting of field representatives, route-based technicians, and multi-department operations managers.
  • Account Management & Customer Relations: Protect and grow enterprise-level B2B client relationships, ensuring world-class service delivery and retention across all commercial service lines.
  • Process Optimization: Infuse deep organizational structure, modern dispatch/routing workflows, and metrics-driven accountability into daily field operations and multi-site management.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Executive Track Record: Experience operating as a General Manager, President, VP of Operations, or Regional Branch Manager within a high-growth, service-based ecosystem (non-manufacturing) with a clear track record of business growth under your leadership.
  • Decentralized Workforce Expertise: Must have extensive experience managing companies with distributed field teams, mobile crews, or multi-site on-the-ground employees.
  • Ideal industry backgrounds include commercial-focused field services such as: Commercial Building/Business Services , HVAC , Electrical , Mechanical Trades , Plumbing , Pest Control , J anitorial/Commercial Cleaning , Mold Remediation/Restoration , or Commercial Landscaping .
  • The "Visionary + Operator" Balance: A leader who can map out the next 3–5 years of business scaling but has the organizational and people-management discipline to ensure the trains run on time today.
  • Scale Milestone: Demonstrated success managing significant organizational footprints and multi-department structures of 150–300+ people.
