General Manager Projects Civil

• Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the Civil Department
• Revenue generation and project billing targets
• Cost control and budget adherence
• Timely project delivery with quality and safety compliance
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
• Excellent project planning and contract management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project).
• Deep understanding of civil engineering principles, standards, and codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• M.E./M.Tech or MBA in Project Management / Construction Management (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹442,828.39 - ₹1,915,634.16 per year
