General Manager - Proprietary Trading Firm

You will lead the end-to-end launch and daily operations of a new hybrid prop trading firm combining:

retail evaluation challenges, and

real capital copy-trading allocations.

You will own all operational pillars — tech, risk, payouts, trader journey, LP relations, compliance narrative, and scaling.

Core Responsibilities

1. Build & Launch the Firm

Lead the full build-out of the prop firm (0 → launch)

Manage MT5/cTrader setup, bridges, LP integration

Oversee CRM, risk engine, trader portal development

Create operational SOPs & trader lifecycle workflows

Drive the beta launch, soft launch, and global rollout

2. Risk & Evaluation Oversight

Design evaluation rules, DD logic, profit targets

Enforce rule consistency & prevent loopholes

Create trader scoring models (consistency, risk)

Implement fraud detection frameworks

3. Trading Infrastructure & Tech

Work with CTO/tech team to stabilize platforms

Manage feed redundancy, latency, execution quality

Validate copy-trading architecture for real capital

Monitor KPIs: uptime, execution speed, rule triggers

4. Operations & Payouts

Build 24/7 operations & support teams

Oversee payouts, trader verification, KYC processes

Implement fast, clean payout workflows (<24 hrs)

5. Compliance & Governance

Work with UAE + offshore legal teams

Maintain clean simulation-based compliance narrative

Ensure platform operates within regulatory boundaries

Required Experience

MUST have worked at a prop firm

(FTMO, MFF, E8, SurgeTrader, The5ers, Audacity, True Forex Funds, etc.)

Deep experience in:

MT5 / cTrader

LP + bridge setup

Evaluation challenges

Risk enforcement

Fraud & arbitrage defense

Payout operations

Experience running global remote teams

Experience with Discord/Community operations

Strong project management and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

Has participated in launching a prop firm

Has built trader dashboards/evaluation engines

Familiar with UAE or offshore regulatory structures
