SPV – General Manager (O&M)
Location: Western Region (Rayis / Rabigh Area)
Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the project company (SPV) during the Operation & Maintenance phase, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client.

Oversee all Operation & Maintenance activities in coordination with the O&M contractor.

Ensure compliance with KPIs and contractual requirements.

Lead and manage the project team (Finance Manager, Document Controller, etc.).

Monitor financial and operational performance.

Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth project operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).

Strong experience in O&M / BOT / infrastructure projects.
-
10–15 years of relevant experience.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
