SPV – General Manager (O&M)

Location: Western Region (Rayis / Rabigh Area)

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the project company (SPV) during the Operation & Maintenance phase, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
• Oversee all Operation & Maintenance activities in coordination with the O&M contractor.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Lead and manage the project team (Finance Manager, Document Controller, etc.).
• Monitor financial and operational performance.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred).
• Strong experience in O&M / BOT / infrastructure projects.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
