bout the Role
We are hiring a General Manager – Real Estate to lead sales, business strategy, and overall project operations for our residential project in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complete P&L for the residential project and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Define sales strategy, pricing, marketing plans, and channel partner engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams; set targets and monitor performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
  • Oversee customer lifecycle: enquiries → negotiation → booking → documentation → handover.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with construction, design, legal, and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA documentation and reporting.
  • Present dashboards and sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • 10–18+ years of real estate experience, minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (AGM / GM / Sales Head).
  • Experience in residential real estate (Mohali / Chandigarh / Tricity preferred).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
  • Strong network of channel partners and brokers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
