Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead renovation projects across our resorts. The General Manager – Renovation will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of interior and exterior renovation works, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end renovation projects across multiple resort properties.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
  • Provide strategic input on design, materials, and innovation in renovation projects.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on project status and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction (hospitality/real estate preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale renovation projects.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
