Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead renovation projects across our resorts. The General Manager – Renovation will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of interior and exterior renovation works, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end renovation projects across multiple resort properties.

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with organizational goals.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges proactively.

Provide strategic input on design, materials, and innovation in renovation projects.

Report regularly to senior leadership on project status and outcomes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction (hospitality/real estate preferred).

Proven track record of managing large-scale renovation projects.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Ability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
