Job Title: Hotel General Manager (Oceanfront Property)

We are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals as General Managers to lead operations at multiply Resort hotels. In this pivotal role, you will champion exceptional guest services, maximize revenue, and inspire a diverse hospitality team. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hotel management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Direct all daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless execution. [
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strict cost controls to achieve profit targets.
• Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to boost occupancy and maximize average daily rate (ADR).
• Team Development: Manage HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and leadership mentoring.
• Guest Relations: Maintain premium hospitality standards, personally resolve escalated guest issues, and safeguard the property's reputation.
• Culture Champion: Foster a collaborative, positive workplace centered on teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven success as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Leadership: Exceptional track record of motivating, managing, and developing diverse departmental teams.
• Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in revenue management, P&L analysis, budgeting, and labor optimization.
• Tech Savvy: Solid familiarity with modern Front Desk Operations and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Communication: Elite interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
