Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their store, and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and food preparation.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to uphold company standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and labor costs.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Drive store performance goals including sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
