General Manager (GM)

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily resort operations
– Coordinate with all departments and management
– Monitor day-to-day revenue, expenses, and performance
– Handle guest issues and ensure service quality
– Drive the overall growth and development of the property

Requirements:
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Prior hospitality operations experience preferred
– Good problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities
