Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and uphold the high standards of our company.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH teams
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing staff
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, cost controls, and profitability
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Work with ownership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and local partnerships
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in Italian cuisine, wine, and service
Qualifications:
- Strong beverage knowledge preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Great at leading a team to success with positivity and leading by example.
- Deep understanding of hospitality and guest service excellence
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial goals
- Experience with scheduling, training, inventory management, and POS systems
- Food Handler’s Certification and Alcohol Service Certification (as required by local law)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
