Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team committed to excellence.
- Oversee inventory control and food safety protocols, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise food handling, cooking processes, and food production to uphold quality standards and consistency in every dish served.
- Utilize the POS system (Clover) for efficient order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff shifts, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of teamwork through staff training & development programs while encouraging continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & casual dining environments.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management best practices.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover for sales processing and reporting.
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while managing shift operations efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Skilled in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and fostering a positive work culture.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
