Role Overview
The General Manager is responsible for full operational leadership, financial performance, and team development across front and back of house. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can consistently deliver strong guest experience, profitability, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant/venue operations across FOH and BOH
- Drive revenue growth and execute sales strategies
- Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, and controllables
- Recruit, train, and develop managers and hourly teams
- Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and hospitality execution
- Lead scheduling, staffing models, and operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and cost controls
- Handle guest recovery and ensure strong reputation management
- Execute company standards, compliance, and safety policies
- Build a strong leadership culture and accountability structure
Qualifications
- 3+ years in GM restaurant or hospitality leadership multi-unit leadership preferred)
- Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership required)
- Experience in high-volume, full-service or upscale environments
- Proven ability to build and lead management teams
- Strong operational execution under pressure

We are partnering with a confidential hospitality group seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and leadership execution in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving service standards, and ensuring consistent execution across all departments. This is a floor-based leadership role with direct impact on guest experience and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support GM in daily operational management of FOH and BOH
- Lead floor presence during peak service periods
- Supervise and coach supervisors, shift leads, and hourly staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and daily staffing execution
- Support P&L performance including cost control and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
- Handle guest issues and service recovery in real time
- Maintain service consistency and operational discipline
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience in high-volume settings
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Working knowledge of restaurant financials and operations
- Ability to lead teams in real time on the floor
- Experience with POS, scheduling, and operational systems
Compensation
$70K–$95K base depending on experience + bonus potential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,015.23 per year
