Position Description:
Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Clinic Manager (CM) to oversee the daily operations, performance, and growth of the clinic. This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing schedules, managing lead flow, and ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Clinic Manager serves as the in-clinic business leader, owning patient acquisition, retention, financial performance, and team development. This exempt role blends leadership, consultative sales expertise, and operational execution to create a high-performing clinic environment. The CM partners closely with the Medical Provider as a Dyad partner to align operational strategy with clinical excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Drive new patient acquisition through effective lead management, consultation performance, and follow-up execution.
Perform patient consultations, present program options, and confidently guide patients through customized treatment plans.
Provide individualized health coaching to patients, supporting sustainable weight management, lifestyle optimization, and adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
Reinforce nutrition education, behavioral change strategies, goal setting, and accountability to improve patient outcomes and retention.
Own clinic sales performance, including conversion rates, average sale value, retention, and schedule utilization.
Monitor and optimize provider, coaching, and front desk schedules to maximize productivity and protect clinic flow.
Ensure confirm calls are completed, schedule gaps are proactively addressed, and patient experience standards are upheld.
Track, analyze, and act on KPIs including lead conversion, show rate, revenue per consult, retention, and overall clinic performance.
Maintain accountability for clinic-level P&L performance by driving revenue growth while managing expenses and inventory.
Hire, coach, and develop clinic staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Provide ongoing coaching on consultative sales skills, objection handling, closing techniques, and patient engagement strategies.
Support front desk workflows, inventory oversight, and daily operational tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies while maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment.
Partner with the Medical Provider to ensure alignment between clinical care and operational success.
Perform other related duties tobenefitthemission of the organization.

Required Education/Experience : Required Education/ Experience -
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field preferred.
35+ years of management experience in weight loss, healthcare, retail, medical spa, or other performance-driven service industry.
Demonstrated success in a consultative sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Experience managing budgets, inventory, and clinic-level financial performance.
Prior experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Experience interviewing, hiring, and performance-managing staff.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting, including working at a computer for extended durations.
Frequent direct patient interaction in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Must be comfortable moving between administrative, sales, and clinical support responsibilities throughout the day.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (supplies, inventory, etc.).
