Job Overview:

Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscape management company, is seeking a disciplined and result-oriented General Manager to oversee and lead overall operations, project execution, and business development. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations across all horticultural and landscaping sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the company, including horticulture, landscaping, and maintenance projects.
• Lead and coordinate with project managers, horticulturists, and technical teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, project costs, and resources to ensure financial and operational discipline.
• Maintain liaison with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for all staff.
• Prepare periodic progress and performance reports for management.
• Represent the company in external meetings, inspections, and official events.

Requirements:

• Retired Colonel from Pakistan Army (retired between 2020 and present).
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Experience in administration, logistics, or operational management preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
• Knowledge of horticulture or landscaping operations will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

Attractive salary package with additional benefits based on experience and suitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
