General Manager — Roofing & Restoration (Storm & Insurance Focus)
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Total Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000+ (Quarterly Performance Bonus)

We’re hiring an operator.
We are a fast-growing roofing and restoration company serving residential storm and insurance claim customers, and we need a proven leader to take full control of day-to-day operations.
This is a true General Manager role — you run the business.
Sales, production, repairs, office — it all flows through you.
What You’ll Own (Non-Negotiable)
- Full oversight of Sales, Production, Repairs, and Admin
- Enforcing accountability across all departments
- Driving revenue, profitability, and job cycle speed
- Managing the handoff from Sell → Build → Collect
- Eliminating bottlenecks between sales and production
- Hiring, training, and upgrading team talent
- Ensuring every job gets built right and paid in full
- Protecting margins and hitting company profit targets
If something slips, it’s on you.
If the company wins, it’s because of you.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to hit and exceed revenue targets
- Oversee production schedules, job quality, and timelines
- Manage repair division for speed, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Enforce systems across CRM, job tracking, and communication
- Run weekly KPI meetings with each department
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally
- Maintain operational efficiency across all workflows
- Ensure all jobs move efficiently from contract → completion → payment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Sales Manager in:
- Roofing, construction, restoration, or home services (preferred)
- Strong leadership with a track record of driving performance
- Experience managing both sales and operations teams
- High-level understanding of KPIs, margins, and job costing
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Compensation & Upside
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
