We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our PAN-India sales operations in the prefabricated construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing a nationwide sales team, and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the PAN-India sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and emerging market segments.

Business Development

  • Build relationships with contractors, architects, EPC companies, industrial clients, and corporate buyers.
  • Conduct high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Drive large project acquisitions and long-term contracts across regions.

Sales Operations & Team Management

  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, engineering, and execution teams.
  • Track team performance, set KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
  • Review pipelines, forecasts, and region-wise performance regularly.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Implement effective sales and marketing techniques for lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

Process, Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and presentations for management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, client data, and sales documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of prefabricated structures, PEB, modular buildings, and industrial construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of handling multi-location sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive large-value deals and manage long sales cycles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
