Sales strategies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare sales reports and present to the management

Team Management and Development
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
- Set sales targets and performance goals for sales teams.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback and coaching.
- Track sales performance and analyse market trends
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
Customer and client relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in sales of ball bearing added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
