Roles and Responsibilities

Sales strategies

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and present to the management
  • Clients Visit is must

Team Management and Development

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for sales teams.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Track sales performance and analyse market trends
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.

Customer and client relationship

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Represent the company at sales conferences and trade shows.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in sales of ball bearing added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
