Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute sales strategies for ongoing & upcoming real estate projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (booking amount & collection).
  • Drive site visit conversions, negotiations, deal closures, and customer handling.
  • Develop pricing strategy, offers, and schemes for units in coordination with management.

2. Channel Partner (Broker) Management

  • Develop, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs) & Brokers.
  • Design commission structures and incentive programs for CPs.
  • Conduct regular CP meets, project presentations, and training sessions.

3. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and manage real estate marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, Outdoor, and Events).
  • Oversee social media promotions, property portals, and performance marketing.
  • Coordinate with agencies for creatives, ads, hoardings, brochures, and site branding.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and lead generation performance.

4. Team Leadership & Daily Reporting

  • Lead Sales Managers, Relationship Managers & Site Sales Team.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and lead follow-ups through CRM.
  • Ensure daily reporting of leads, site visits, bookings, and closures.
  • Conduct daily/weekly review meetings and training sessions.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle high-value clients and critical negotiations.
  • Ensure superior customer experience and after-sales coordination with CRM team.
  • Resolve customer escalations, cancellations, and documentation-related issues.

6. Revenue & Collection Management

  • Monitor booking amounts, sales pipeline, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for collections, demand letters, and payment follow-ups.

7. Market Research & Business Expansion

  • Analyse competitor projects, pricing trends, and market conditions.
  • Assist management in launching new projects, pricing & inventory planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven experience in handling residential/commercial projects.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, CP management, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent negotiation & leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales cycle, documentation & registration process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
