Job Description – General ManagerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with strong expertise in national and international tendering, business development, and logistics management. The candidate must have hands-on experience handling international tenders, including those from organizations such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and possess thorough knowledge of international procurement rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete knowledge of national and international tendering & bidding processes
  • Handling International Tenders including UNDP projects
  • End-to-end bid management and allocation of bids to team members
  • Vendor management and vendor negotiations
  • Conducting client meetings and managing client relationships
  • Team management and work allocation
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with international rules
  • Managing national and international logistics operations
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing business in India
  • Problem-solving and ensuring smooth project execution

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in tendering, business development, and logistics
  • Strong knowledge of international rules & bidding procedures
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
