General Manager (Sales & Production)

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks.
  • Identify new business opportunities in printing and packaging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Track sales performance, production efficiency, and profitability metrics.
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into production specifications.
  • Oversee all production activities including printing, packaging, and finishing processes.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, labor, and materials.
  • Monitor Work-in-Process (WIP) and take corrective actions to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement and inventory teams for material availability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15 - 20 years of experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in both sales and production environments.
  • Strong understanding of printing technologies and packaging processes.
