What You’ll Be Responsible For
Drive Sales & Grow the Business, Develop and execute local marketing initiatives that increase traffic and sales. Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve store performance. Analyze key performance metrics and take action to exceed goals. Create exceptional customer experiences that turn first-time guests into regulars. Lead promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives with enthusiasm and urgency.
Be the Face of Scooter’s in the Community
Establish partnerships with local schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. Plan and execute community engagement events that build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Represent Scooter’s at networking events, fundraisers, and local gatherings. Create meaningful connections that drive traffic back to the store.
Build and Lead a Winning Team
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent. Create a culture that is positive, energetic, accountable, and fun. Coach team members to achieve high performance while delivering outstanding hospitality. Lead by example during busy shifts and challenging situations. Celebrate wins, recognize achievements, and inspire continuous growth.
Deliver Operational Excellence
Ensure consistent execution of Scooter’s standards. Manage labor, inventory, food safety, and profitability. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operation. Solve problems quickly and make sound business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience: Prior leadership experience managing people and performance. Experience in the service industry, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer-focused environment. Proven ability to motivate teams and hold others accountable. Experience driving sales, customer engagement, or business growth.
The Right Personality
Positive, energetic, and genuinely enjoys being around people. Naturally outgoing and comfortable building relationships in the community. Competitive and motivated by goals. Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. Strong communicator who can connect with customers, team members, and community partners alike. Takes ownership and treats the business as if it were their own.

Within your first year, you will: Build a high-performing and engaged team. Increase guest traffic and sales. Establish meaningful community partnerships. Create a store culture people want to work in and customers want to visit. Become known as a leader who delivers results while making work enjoyable.
