General Manager

preferably with a background from G4S, Transguard, or similar companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and business development.

Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.

Manage key clients, contracts, and negotiations.

Handle P&L, budgeting, cost control, and growth initiatives.

Lead a large workforce and develop future leadership.

Strong expertise in security operations, multi-site management, and industry regulations.
