General Manager Service

We are urgently hiring for the position of General Manager- Service:

• Male candidates preferred
• Must have an experience of 8-10 years working in automobile industry

Job Description for General Manager- Service:

• Maintain discipline in the service department- in appearance of service personnel, punctuality of all service personnel, maintenance of office correspondence, maintenance of facility, maintenance of 4S principles
• Ensure adherence to SOP
• Enhance efficiency of men & machines
• Customer handling/ Interaction:
• To resolve customer issues as on when require
• To procure customer feedback.
• To provide better service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 10 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 10 years (Preferred)

Language:
