We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a youth-focused educational and recreation facility. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality programs for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all staff and daily operations.
Drive enrollment growth and maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Oversee staffing needs including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of management or leadership experience (preferably in education, recreation, hospitality, or service industries).
Strong people leadership and team-building skills.
Business acumen with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and operational oversight.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for working with children and families in a positive, energetic environment.
