General Manager- Youth Sports Facility

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a youth-focused educational and recreation facility. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality programs for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all staff and daily operations.

  • Drive enrollment growth and maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

  • Oversee staffing needs including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management or leadership experience (preferably in education, recreation, hospitality, or service industries).

  • Strong people leadership and team-building skills.

  • Business acumen with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and operational oversight.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
