Job Overview

Royalgulf Electronics Trading LLC SP is seeking an experienced and well-educated General Manager to oversee and manage our in-house electronics refurbishing operations and UAE business activities. The ideal candidate should have strong operational leadership skills, experience in the refurbishing industry, and the ability to manage employees, workflow, productivity, and operational standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete in-house refurbishing operations for laptops, servers, HDDs, and IT equipment

Manage daily UAE operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

Supervise and manage employees, technicians, warehouse staff, and operational teams

Monitor refurbishing quality standards, productivity, and operational efficiency

Implement process improvements and operational controls

Coordinate inventory handling, testing, grading, and dispatch activities

Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and company policy compliance

Prepare operational reports and updates for management

Support company expansion and operational development plans

Coordinate with management regarding staffing, workflow, and facility requirements

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electronics refurbishing industry

Well-educated with strong operational and management knowledge

Proven experience managing teams and operational staff

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Experience in laptop, server, and IT equipment refurbishing operations preferred

Knowledge of warehouse and operational management systems

Ability to handle daily operations independently

Good communication and organizational skills

UAE experience preferred
