General Mechanic (Asphalt Machinery)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Mechanic with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing asphalt machinery. The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge of general vehicle maintenance and the ability to support our operations team in daily mechanical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repairs on asphalt machinery such as rollers, pavers, cutters, and related equipment.
• Identify mechanical issues and carry out necessary troubleshooting.
• Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition before deployment to site.
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and spare parts usage.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with asphalt machinery (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of general vehicle maintenance.
• Qatari Light Driving License – mandatory
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
