General Mechanic/ Heavy Equipment

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Fabricate and modify parts as needed
- Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a general mechanic or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician work, including low voltage and high voltage systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex mechanical issues
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

-Employee must be able to communicate effectively in English.

-Welding Experience a PLUS

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
