We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our dynamic administrative team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant tasks
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
- Assist with AP/AR duties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication
- Demonstrated office experience or administrative background with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
- Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service support
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
