Position Summary
The Office Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Sacramento office, ensuring efficient workflow, staff accountability, and compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between management, administrative staff, and field personnel, supporting high service standards in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support administrative and field staff to ensure timely, accurate completion of assignments
- Coordinate daily workloads, schedules, and task prioritization to meet operational deadlines
- Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity; provide coaching and corrective guidance as needed
- Review work product for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
- Serve as a point of contact for internal escalations, problem resolution, and workflow bottlenecks
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new and existing staff
- Ensure adherence to applicable state, county, and court-related procedures and timelines
- Maintain office organization, documentation standards, and data integrity across systems
- Communicate regularly with management regarding operational metrics, staffing needs, and process improvements
- Support compliance with workplace safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in an office, legal support, or business/operations-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of office software, case management systems, or similar platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal services, process serving, court filings, or compliance-based industries
- Familiarity with California legal or court procedures
- Experience supervising both in-office and field staff
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
