The General Office Support Staff plays a dynamic and flexible role within the organization by assisting with administrative, and clerical tasks as needed across multiple departments.
The position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Qualified candidates should have at least one-year of prior experience working in an office.
The candidate must be reliable, detail oriented, enjoy multitasking, and be able to work independently while being part of a team.
We are looking for applicants who possess strong skills in customer service, written and verbal communication, general computer knowledge with the ability to learn new programs, prioritize, and performing basic arithmetic.
