General Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Operations Manager to help lead and optimize our organization’s core functions while working alongside the owner of the company. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Working alongside the owner of the company, you will have significant input, impact, and autonomy. This is a role for someone that wants to roll up their sleeves, can think outside the box, and pick up various topics very quickly. You need to be a person that can identify problems, research and come up with solutions, execute on those ideas, and report/discuss internally.

We are in the ATM business with hundreds of machines in California and many more in other states and have been around for nearly a decade. You will oversee and/or manage 3 key pillars of the company, Finance, Operations, and Growth. You must be excellent in at least one of these 3 areas and highly proficient or able to get high level results in the other two through yourself or other tools and resources.

Finance - This includes light bookkeeping/accounting, financial analysis on clients and the business overall, and ad-hoc requests. You must be skilled in spreadsheets and/or tools needed to perform the work at an high level.

Operations - Oversee two in-field service technicians and their daily routes to service our machines, order parts, manage company to-do's, track inventory, and more.

Business Development/Growth - You will use our existing tools and others, to generate and contact leads, work with the owner to identify avenues of growth and aggressively pursue them.

This is a dynamic role that will change over time as techology and opportunities come. We are targetting more than just the current industry and our goal is to have a very upward trajectory; we are looking for the right person to join us.

Duties (assist or entirely manage)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise managers and team members to meet performance targets and uphold company standards.
  • Manage profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity across all functions.
  • Lead project management efforts for major initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
