General Physician Consultant

Platinum Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for General Physicians, Chest Physicians, and Critical Care Doctors (IDCCM) with strong skills in ICU management, Internal Medicine, Chest & Respiratory care, Emergency Medicine, IPD rounds, OPD consultations, and Pre-Operative Fitness evaluations.

The ideal doctor should be confident in handling critical care, respiratory emergencies, medical emergencies, and post-operative management in a multispecialty hospital setup.

Key Responsibilities

ICU, Critical Care & Emergency Medicine

• Attend all ICU emergencies, acute respiratory cases, and critical care situations.
• Perform essential ICU & emergency procedures.
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients and acute respiratory distress cases.

Pre-Operative Evaluation

• Conduct Pre-Operative fitness for all surgical patients.
• Coordinate with anesthesia, surgical & critical care teams.

Post-Operative Management

• Monitor post-op recovery, stability, and clinical progress.
• Ensure safe and fast recovery through protocol-based management.

IPD & OPD Clinical Duties

• Daily IPD rounds, progress notes, and treatment decisions.
• Provide OPD consultations and follow-ups.
• Admit and manage General Medicine / Chest Medicine cases.

Clinical Protocols & Drug Guidelines

• Define and implement treatment protocols & drug usage standards.
• Ensure 99.9% recovery standards using evidence-based medicine.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS with valid MMC Registration (Compulsory).
• MD/DNB General Medicine OR MD/DNB Chest Medicine / Pulmonology preferred.
• IDCCM / IFCCM / Fellowship in Critical Care highly desirable.
• Experience in ICU, Respiratory Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine preferred.
• Strong ability in patient management, diagnosis & emergency handling.
• Good communication and coordination with multispecialty teams.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
