Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Male General Practitioner with proficiency in Pashto and strong communication skills. Pak candidates are preferred, given their linguistic and cultural alignment with the patient population. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, commitment to quality patient care, and flexibility to work split or straight duty shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services including clinical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage referrals to specialists as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with Pashto-speaking patients and others.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week with 1 weekly day off.
• Flexible duty timings—split or straight shifts as per requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Male doctor with valid medical license or eligibility to practice in Dubai (DHA license preferred).
• Proficient in Pashto with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pak candidates preferred but open to all eligible professionals committed to quality care.
• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to Dubai’s diverse healthcare environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 10,000 plus performance-based incentives.
• Benefits in line with UAE labor laws.
