General Practitioner

Position: Primary Care Physician
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46222
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care within a patient-centered model.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patient health, including medication and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (nurses, behavioral health, social workers, etc.).
• Participate in after-hours call rotation.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations.
• Serve as collaborating physician and support clinical team operations.

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. with active Indiana medical license.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Experience in diverse, team-based care settings.
• Familiarity with the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model preferred.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
