Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Female General Practitioner to join our Wellheal Clinic's wellness team. The GP will provide high-quality primary care, perform comprehensive health assessments, and guide guests on preventive health, lifestyle, and wellness programs. This role requires a patient-centric approach, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to integrate conventional medicine with holistic wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical consultations and health assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop personalized wellness and preventive care plans tailored to guests’ health needs.
• Collaborate with wellness specialists (nutritionists, physiotherapists, therapists etc.) to ensure integrated care.
• Monitor chronic conditions, manage medications, and provide ongoing medical advice.
• Educate guests on lifestyle, nutrition, hormonal health, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Stay updated on medical advancements, wellness trends, and evidence-based integrative approaches.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Valid UAE DHA License (General Practitioner).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience; experience in wellness, lifestyle medicine, or integrative care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Female doctor (for cultural and guest comfort considerations).
