General Practitioner (School Doctor)

Vesta Care is actively recruiting for the role of DHA Registered GP – School Doctor for its Dubai Headquarters.

Who is our ideal candidate for the role?

The ideal candidate is an energetic GP Doctor with excellent clinical and communication skills, while reflecting our corporate vision and values, and has the passion to grow within the role and within our organization.
The role reports directly Medical Director and Home Healthcare Director of the Group. The candidate will execute on mandates related to different service lines as per client requirements.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

• Holds MBBS degree or equivalent
• Has a DHA Eligibility Letter or License as a "General Practitioner”
• Great communication skills to talk with patients about treatment options
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

DAY to DAY Duties shall include:

• Ensure implementation of all mandated policies and protocols in collaboration with the school’s administrative authorities and school personnel.
• Conduct regular examination and check-up of students & employees
• Promptly attend to students with injuries or other conditions requiring immediate attention.
• Assess, plan, and implement health care plans for children with chronic illnesses and children with special needs including allergies.
• Maintain a legible, complete, comprehensive, and accurate student medical record for each patient.
• Maintain immunization records of all students; prescribe and administer immunization in case applicable as per DHA guidelines.
• Comply with Dubai Municipality regulations regarding protection of the health and safety of students & employees.
