1. Position Overview
The Revenue Sharing Doctor (Orthopedics & Urology) will provide high-quality outpatient consultation, diagnosis, and non-surgical management of patients in accordance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols. The role operates on a revenue-sharing model, ensuring alignment between clinical performance and patient service delivery.
The doctor will be responsible for delivering ethical, evidence-based medical care while contributing to the growth and profitability of the clinic.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations for orthopedic and urology patients
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, urinary, and related conditions
- Provide non-surgical treatment plans and follow-up care
- Perform minor procedures within DHA-approved scope (if licensed)
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, ultrasound, lab investigations)
- Ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation in EMR system
Patient Care & Service Quality
- Deliver patient-centered care with high ethical standards
- Explain diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care clearly to patients
- Maintain patient satisfaction and continuity of care
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Revenue & Business Contribution
- Actively contribute to clinic revenue through OPD consultations and procedures
- Promote clinic services in compliance with DHA advertising guidelines
- Ensure proper billing and documentation of all services rendered
- Participate in revenue-sharing structure based on agreed terms
Compliance & Governance
- Strict adherence to DHA regulations and licensing scope
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records (HIPAA/DHA standards)
- Follow clinic SOPs, policies, and medical protocols
- Participate in audits and quality assurance processes
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, and management
- Work closely with radiology, lab, and referral specialists when required
- Support multidisciplinary patient management where needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS + Specialization in Orthopedics / Urology
- Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong OPD and patient management skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
