Construction Cleaning & General Labor – Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and hard-working individual to join our team at Park City Construction Cleanup, DBA All Phase Construction Cleanup.

We’re a locally owned business that started in 2020 and have been consistently growing. This is a great opportunity to get in early with a company that offers room for advancement into leadership roles as we continue to expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our work focuses on supporting construction sites and keeping projects moving efficiently. Tasks may include:

• Final and rough construction cleaning
• General labor and job site support
• Maintaining clean and organized work environments

No two days are the same — you’ll be working on a variety of job sites across the Wasatch Front, from North Salt Lake and Park City down to Santaquin.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting pay: $16.50/hour
• 90-day probation period with an immediate raise after completion
• Shuttle service provided for jobs outside Salt Lake County
• Opportunity for advancement as the company grows
• Quarterly raises
• Bi Weekly Pay
