General Residential Maintenance Worker

This role supports our rental portfolio and make-ready crew. Daily tasks may include:

• Mowing and property grounds maintenance
• Running parts and picking up materials
• Assisting with make-ready turns between tenants
• Basic repairs in occupied and vacant properties
• Light plumbing (fixtures, toilets, minor leaks)
• Light electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets)
• Drywall patching and small paint jobs
• Trash-outs and property clean-up
• Assisting with inspections and walkthroughs
• Supporting senior technicians as needed
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work vehicle organized

Every day will look a little different. Flexibility is important.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic
• Dependable and on time
• Willing to work outdoors in Texas heat
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Basic knowledge of tools and general repairs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and team members
• Problem-solver with a good attitude

Experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What This Is NOT

• Not a supervisory position
• Not a specialty master trade role
• Not a slow-paced environment

This is a hands-on, get-it-done position that supports a fast-growing rental portfolio.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours needs may arise)
• Pay based on experience
