This role supports our rental portfolio and make-ready crew. Daily tasks may include:
- Mowing and property grounds maintenance
- Running parts and picking up materials
- Assisting with make-ready turns between tenants
- Basic repairs in occupied and vacant properties
- Light plumbing (fixtures, toilets, minor leaks)
- Light electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets)
- Drywall patching and small paint jobs
- Trash-outs and property clean-up
- Assisting with inspections and walkthroughs
- Supporting senior technicians as needed
- Keeping tools, equipment, and work vehicle organized
Every day will look a little different. Flexibility is important.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic
- Dependable and on time
- Willing to work outdoors in Texas heat
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of tools and general repairs
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and team members
- Problem-solver with a good attitude
Experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
What This Is NOT
- Not a supervisory position
- Not a specialty master trade role
- Not a slow-paced environment
This is a hands-on, get-it-done position that supports a fast-growing rental portfolio.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours needs may arise)
- Pay based on experience
