What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and Managers
- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement
- Drive showroom, internet, phone, and digital sales performance
- Work deals and assist in closing transactions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase volume and profitability
- Monitor key performance metrics and coach the team to success
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
- Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales management experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desk management and deal-closing experience
- Digital retailing and CRM experience preferred
- Driven, energetic, and positive attitude

Compensation
$150,000 - $250,000+ annually
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
