General Sales Managers | Sales Managers | Finance Managers

Due to continued company growth and facility expansion, Bentley Automotive Group is seeking experienced, high-performing automotive leaders to join our executive sales team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking, family-owned organization investing heavily in new facilities, increased inventory, technology, and expanded market share. We are looking for proven automotive professionals who are ready to grow, lead, and win.

* OPEN POSITIONSGeneral Sales Manager (GSM)

  • Lead all aspects of variable operations across assigned dealership(s)
  • Drive sales volume, gross profit, and overall dealership performance
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor sales management teams
  • Oversee inventory strategy, forecasting, and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain strong CSI performance and positive team culture

Sales Manager

  • Manage daily sales operations and desk deals
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales consultants
  • Monitor CRM performance, internet leads, and appointment processes
  • Drive performance metrics including volume, gross, and CSI
  • Collaborate closely with F&I and service departments

Finance Manager (F&I Manager)

  • Structure, present, and finalize finance agreements
  • Present and sell finance and protection products
  • Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Build and maintain strong lender relationships
  • Maximize PVR while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Proven automotive dealership leadership experience (required)
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building ability
  • High level of integrity and compliance awareness
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
