What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Oversee daily dealership operations and loan processing
• Review credit reports and verify customer information
• Drive sales performance and meet store goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and looks its best

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive sales or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office and Social Media
• High school diploma or GED
